Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in 1960.
He graduated from the National School of Fine Arts in Santo Domingo and the National School of Fine Arts in Paris. He lives and works in Paris. He has presented dozens of separate exhibitions in Santo Domingo, Paris, Rouen, Strasbourg, Bordeaux, Miami and San Juan, Puerto Rico. He has participated in several group exhibitions, national and international, and in the prestigious MAC 2000. He also participated in the Chilean and international megaproject “Cuerpos Pintados”.
