Phillipe Baudelocque
Born in 1974 in Yerres, France. He grew up in a family of musicians and has a father who is an animal artist. His artistic first steps were taken in the graffiti scene in the late 1980s, where he fell in love with the work with letters, the monumentality of painting, energy and the desire to challenge the art in his environment. He graduated from the École nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris in 2002. Baudelocque has been exhibited at Drawing Now Contemporary Drawing Salon (2014), Museum of Modern Art MACRO (Rome) and is now part of the collections of the Museum d’Histoire Naturelle in Orleans and Centre Pompidou. He creates many large gable paintings, from Paris to Hong Kong and Canada.
